This rom gave a lot of trouble initially - horrible battery drain, 1% bug, heating up, freezes but the rom does settle down after a couple of battery cycles. Be patient!

Instructions (just in case you prefer written):
Boot into recovery & make sure you have CWM based recovery v6.0.4.3 & above. In case you don't have the correct recovery, don't worry. Watch my video on how to update the recovery. Now once you have the correct recovery, you're good to go. Follow the steps given below.
wipe data/ factory reset
wipe cache
advanced > wipe dalvik cache
mounts & storage > format /system
install zip > choose zip > flash CyanFox File
choose zip > flash CyanFox Gapps
Go back and hit "Reboot System Now".
